  • Holder of SMSTS certificate (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) and CSCS Management card
  • Providing tender specification and assessment of tender returns to find the right contractor
  • Supervising works as the clients representative
  • Providing final sign off and snagging supervision
  • Overseeing handover to maintenance
  • Specifying and sourcing plants and materials from trusted suppliers
